TFT DISPLAY (IPS) FOR RASPBERRY PICO
Compact 0.9″ TFT display perfect for the Raspberry Pi Pico. Including touch panel support for the version with capacitive touch (PCAP). A demo code in C for immediate use is included.
The new Raspberry Pi Pico is ideal for IOT applications: small, inexpensive and power-saving with 0.4 W in operation or 6 mW in sleep mode. To match this, there is now a compact TFT display with 80 mW power consumption only that can be soldered on directly. The display is supplied pre-assembled. This makes it a child’s play to display any measured values and parameters. Currently 2 different versions are available:
- 0.9″ IPS Display, 500 cd/m²: EA RaPicoTFT009
- 0.9″ IPS Display with touch, 400 cd/m²: EA RaPicoTFT009TC
Both versions include well-documented C code that supports to display some text in different fonts, deleting and filling areas, displaying images and using the touch panel.
IPS DISPLAY FOR 3-/4-WIRE SPI
Brilliant 0.9″ display for all μC applications. With and without touch panel, super flat.
With an overall height of just 1.54 mm and external dimensions of 28×13.5 mm, the smallest of our little ones is suitable for installation in almost all areas:
- in the handle of an electric saw or drill
- in a handheld diagnostic device
- as access control
- as voltage monitoring
- as a replacement for a small text display 2×16
The wide viewing angle from all 4 directions is immediately convincing compared to typical TN/STN displays. Together with the color display and the high brightness of 400 or 500 cd/m², any display content can be recognized quickly and clearly. Interface is standard SPI (3- or 4-wire). The supply voltage is 3.3V overall. With a resolution of 160x80pixels, multi-line texts as well as various graphics and measured values can be displayed. Alternatively, a version with a touch panel is available. The integrated touch controller supplies ready-made coordinates via I²C bus, including an interrupt line for the μC.
