Production Operator - Level 1

A key member of the Production team who has worked in an electromechanical assembly environment and is proficient at demonstrating good mechanical skills as well as understanding of the processes related to assembly of electromechanical components with a high degree of quality and ability to train. This individual will be given direction by the Production Supervisor.

Production Operator - Entry Level

A key member of the Production team who has developed a basic understanding of electromechanical assembly as well as entry level experience working in a manufacturing environment. It is required that this individual can develop basic mechanical skills through proper training, to provide assembly workmanship that results in a level of high quality. This individual will be given direction by the Production Supervisor.

Production Operator Level 2

A key member of the Production team who has worked in an electromechanical assembly environment and is proficient at demonstrating good mechanical skills as well as understanding of the processes related to assembly of electromechanical components with a high degree of quality and ability to train.This individual will be given direction by the Production Supervisor.

Buyer level 1

The Buyer I will be instrumental in supporting existing supplier relationshipsand increasing the value we receive from suppliers.Driving high customer service levels while maintaining high inventory turns. This position will also be the key contact within the organization for Supplier communication. The ability to build and maintain relationship with Suppliers will be key to the success in this position.

Quality Engineer

This position is responsible for developing, planning, and directing processes in support of the company’s quality system. Work in a team environment with suppliers and other team members to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
