Agility EMS has acquired Flat Cable LLC, a Texas-based company specializing in custom flat cable solutions. This acquisition strengthens our custom solutions portfolio while expanding our reach across the southern United States.
Agility EMS continues its strong growth with operations in St. Paul and Nashwauk, Minnesota, and now an expanded presence in Texas, including a dedicated sales office to better serve customers in the region.
Flat Cable LLC brings deep expertise in niche flat cable sourcing, including termination and customization services. Their capabilities in insulation displacement connectors (IDC) and specialized wire processing enhance our ability to support highly customized applications and complex design requirements.
