INDUSTRIAL PANEL ALARM
Mallory offers several different series of panel alarms for various industrial control, transportation, and medical applications. Mallory’s SC Series features screw terminals, but also offers models with flat blade terminals and wires. Mallory’s SCE Series features finger-proof safe termination, but can also be ordered with other termination options. Both of these series feature a 30mm mounting hole, many different voltage ranges (up to 250 Vac), various sound types & sound levels, CUL & UL approval, and are suitable for rugged inside or outside use.

HAZARDOUS LOCATION PANEL ALARMS
Mallory’s Hazardous Location Panel Alarms (SCH Series) are UL and CUL approved for use in Class I, Division II, Groups A, B, C, & D applications. These compact panel alarms fit in a 30mm hole and are rated for inside or outside use with NEMA 3R, 4X, & 12 water-proof ratings. A wide variety of voltage ranges, sound levels, and sound types are available

Silver Case Tantalum Capacitators
Mallory’s subminiature Silver Case Tantalum Capacitors (TS5 Series) delivers high CV product per case size, and are suitable for high powered equipment requiring a small capacitor package. These capacitors are suitable for consumer, industrial, and military applications where a hermetic seal is not required, but the application does have a high level of shock, vibration, and/or temperature.

Medical Alarms
Mallory’s IEC 60601-1-8 Medical Alarm models have been approved at UL & CUL to meet the requirements of IEC 60601-1-8. These models have circuitry, only require DC voltage, and can produce the low, medium, and high priority tones needed to meet IEC 60601-1-8. Mallory’s smallest models are in the MSS Series which produce 90 dB @ 10cm in a compact 23 x 14mm housing with PC Pins. SBT Series utilizes a piezo transducer in a 45 x 14mm housing, and are ideal for low current applications. Mallory’s SBS Series utilizes a larger speaker in a 45 x 15mm housing which enables a sound level of 100 dB @ 10 cm and are appropriate for louder environments such as an operating room.

30MM STACKLIGHTS WITH OR WITHOUT SOUND
Mallory Sonalert 30mm Stacklights are small enough to be mounted directly on top of the machine control box. Options include 12 Vdc or 24 Vac/dc voltages, direct mount or 4-inch pole mount, and with or without sound. While only 1 sound type is available per Stacklight, there are seven different sounds to choose from when ordering including a chime sound unique to Mallory. These compact 30mm Stacklights are ideal to use on robots, cobots, 3D printers, scientific & engineering equipment, and smaller industrial machines. Mallory’s 30mm Stacklights are the lowest cost and most versatile available on the market.

60MM STACKLIGHTS WITH OR WITHOUT SOUND
Available in up to 5 LED modules these Stacklights are available with a 12-inch pole or can be directly mounted on top of the machine. With an operating voltage rating of 24 Vac/dc or 120 Vac, the Stacklight can be ordered with or without a warning sound. The Stacklights with sound come with 4 different sound types that are user selectable. The sound frequency is a desirable 2,000 Hz which is 1,000 Hz lower than existing Stacklights. Mallory’s 60mm Stacklights are ideal for use on larger industrial machines in applications such as machine tooling, food processing, water treatment, assembly, packaging, and general industrial control applications.
