Box Build
Our Custom Solutions specialty is UL-508A Industrial Box Build services. We can modify nearly any type of enclosure; plastic, fiberglass, steel, stainless steel or polycarbonate and modify the enclosure with custom cut-outs as well as fully populate the box with industrial control components to your design criteria.
We work with standard off-the shelf UL and NEMA enclosures from a broad array of suppliers, including our preferred supplier Bud Industries. For more unique applications we also work with many custom fabricators to build exact custom enclosures complete with Custom Paint finishes to match your specifications. The enclosure can be highly modified with PEMS, special mounting configuration requirements, shielded doors & latch configurations for many industrial environments including hazardous and severe environmental conditions.
Box Builds can be as simple as Emergency Stop enclosures to highly customized Industrial Operator Controls, DIN rail, power supplies, drives, sensors, panel meters, panel indicators and displays with full instrumentation control.
As a certified UL-508A Industrial Panel shop you can trust your assembly follows the UL standard for the construction of Industrial Control Panels. This certification gives guidelines to panel builders on various issues including proper component selection, wiring methods and calculation of short circuit current ratings.
